At New Leaf Landscapes & Lakeshores, we bring over 25 years of experience creating beautiful, functional, and environmentally responsible outdoor spaces across Michigan. From riprap rock seawalls and erosion control to lakeside patios and outdoor living areas, we specialize in protecting and enhancing waterfront properties.
Our journey began on a hog farm in Southwest Michigan—where the value of hard work was learned early. That foundation, paired with a degree in environmental science, drives our passion for sustainable shoreline solutions. We use industry-best practices and a proven process to ensure every project is completed on time, on budget, and with care.
William Personette III is the owner of New Leaf Landscapes of Southwest Michigan, founded around 2007. He studied environmental science at Southwestern Michigan College and has prior experience working for the Dowagiac Parks Department and serving as township sexton.
